One-Pan Pork Chop Mushrooms Spinach

This one-pan dish of pork chops, mushrooms, and spinach is very easy to prepare and cook. You pretty much just have to toss everything in without changing pans. Great lunch or dinner idea, especially if you have family or friends that are coming over.

I only used 4 tbsp of butter, but you can definitely use more. If you want a crispier crust, you can use half olive oil and half butter. And, if you don’t like pork or if it’s not available in your refrigerator, feel free to use beef or chicken. Just be sure to adjust the searing time.

The cooking time of the pork chop depends also on their thickness. To make sure there are no red or pink juices coming out of the meat before assuming they are cooked, press a spoon or ladle down on the meat or simply stick a thermometer to determine if the chops are done. Cooked pork should be 145°F.

There is no need to stir while cooking this dish. After the final side of the pork has been seared, just put all vegetables over one another. The spinach or mushrooms can also be substituted with other vegetables if you’re not a fan of these two.

You can eat this with rice, potato, broccoli or eat as is. This is already a good meal.
