filipino odong with sardines

Odong Noodles with Sardines

Filipino Odong noodles combined with sardines is a very common dish in the Philippines. It is basically a staple for almost every household because it is economical, easy, and fast to make. Filipinos love this also, not only it’s affordable for everyone, but the flavor of sardines goes along very well with the Odong noodles, especially when it is eaten with warm, white rice.

There are so many ways on how to cook this particular dish. But my version is very easy and you can enjoy it right away in a matter of 15-20 minutes. You can make adjustments to the recipe if you wish. Just a reminder, when you use the bouillons, it’s already full of flavor, and no need to put salt and ground black pepper. But of course, if you do love to add salt to your dish, please do.

This is the tastiest and simplest Odong noodles with sardines I have cooked. Hope you enjoy it!
