While some people cook ribs directly on the grill for long hours, my favorite method of cooking spare ribs is boiling and baking. I love how the meat separates from the bone and the tenderness and juiciness are so delightful.
If the meat is frozen, make sure to thaw it completely. One time, I cooked ribs without thawing it properly and during mealtime, I was disappointed because some parts of the meat were still hard. What a waste of spare ribs, isn’t it?
After you take out the ribs from the oven, you can apply more of the barbecue sauce for a tastier and enjoyable meal.
