Fall Off the Bone Pork BBQ Spare Ribs Recipe

Ingredients

  • 5 lb pork rib rack
  • 1 bottle, 18 oz. sweet baby ray's honey barbecue sauce
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  • Pour water into a large stockpot. Add salt and pepper. Boil over medium-high heat.
  • Immerse ribs. Reduce heat to medium. Boil for 1 1/2 hours or until meat separates from the bones. 
  • Remove from heat. Drain. 
  • Transfer meat to a large plate. Pour barbecue sauce over the meat and apply it to every rib.
  • Transfer the ribs to a baking pan and bake in a preheated oven ( 350­°F ) for 30 minutes.
  • Take out the baking pan. Apply another top coat of barbecue sauce over the ribs. Let it stand for 3-5 minutes.
  • Serve with vegetables or with your favorite accompaniment.
