This is too much pasta, said no pasta lover ever! Yes, this is for breakfast. And, you should eat breakfast. Really. For you to be able to function well, not only physically but also mentally. Eating breakfast can increase your cognitive ability.
Here’s an easy pasta recipe for breakfast. You can also use leftover pasta if you have some. It’s always good to save pasta for quick meals like this. They last up to 5 days if sealed and refrigerated.

- 3 bacon strips
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 3 oz Capricci pasta
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 handful shredded cheddar cheese
- Maggi seasoning
- salt & pepper to taste

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In another oven top, fry bacon. Set aside when cooked.

Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Toss in butter.

When butter is melted, toss in the pasta. Stir for 1-2 minutes.

Pour in eggs and mix to blend. When eggs start to solidify, drizzle some Maggi seasoning, then keep stirring until it's all mixed.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Remove from heat. Transfer the pasta onto a large plate. Sprinkle with cheese and put the bacon beside it.
