Easy and budget-friendly bean sprout stir fry.
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 small yellow sweet pepper, julienned
- 1 small red sweet pepper, julienned
- 2 stalks green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, ground
- 2 cups bean sprouts
- 1 tbsp soy sauce or toyomansi

Preheat the pan over medium heat.

Add the onion and saute for 3 minutes or until soft white.

Add the yellow and red sweet peppers. Saute for 3 minutes.
