No Meat Stir Fry Bean Sprouts
Easy and budget-friendly bean sprout stir fry.

yellow sweet pepper, julienned

red sweet pepper, julienned

green onions, chopped

garlic, minced

ginger, ground

bean sprouts

tbsp
soy sauce or toyomansi
Instructions
Preheat the pan over medium heat.
Melt the butter.
Add the onion and saute for 3 minutes or until soft white.
Add the yellow and red sweet peppers. Saute for 3 minutes.
Add the green onions, garlic, and ginger. Stir for a minute.
Add the bean sprouts and lightly stir.
Then add the soy sauce or Toyomansi if available.
Stir for 5 minutes or until the bean sprouts are done.
Serve with your favorite vegetable or simply enjoy it by itself.
