Craving for a dish with potatoes and cabbage in it…or maybe bacon and mushrooms in it? Well, here’s that delicious dish for you. This dish is so easy and budget-friendly. You can make this in less than 30 minutes. The recipe is not exclusive, feel free to add your favorite ingredients or you can even do some twists, or whatever your taste buds desire. The bottom line is, that this recipe is economical and will satisfy your hunger.
In our household, this is one of our favorites easy to make whenever we crave potatoes. The amount of the ingredients will serve at least 2-3 people. It is heavy on the stomach, which means, you don’t have to go for another heavy meal. I suggest making this for lunch and you will probably have no desire to eat another meal for dinner. And if ever there is a leftover, I suggest you eat it the next day. Otherwise, the cabbage will produce an unpleasant odor and it will be slimy.
But, this dish is so good, that you will probably have no leftovers. Make this for friends or family. If they haven’t tried it, introduce it to them, especially if they love potatoes, cabbage or bacon.
What’s good about this dish, is, that you can’t just make it in a regular pan, but also, you can do this using an electric skillet, or instant pot.
So the next time, you go to the supermarket, don’t forget to pick up these 3 major ingredients because whenever you crave something good, it’s there ready to be made.
