I love this red cabbage and potatoes sauteed with butter recipe because it is a quick and easy meal. Whenever I have cravings for this I would pick up a ready-made shredded red cabbage at the supermarket.
This was initially introduced to me by my husband and I just loved how the taste complemented each other. Since then, it has become one of my favorites.
The ready-made shredded red cabbage can be bought in supermarkets or you can get a whole red cabbage and shred it by yourself and save it for later when you’re ready to make this dish. It’s always good to have a shredded cabbage in the refrigerator for this kind of quick meal. Not only it’s delicious, but also a healthy vegetable.
