Teriyaki Pork, Broccoli and Green Beans

  • 1 lb pork, cut in strips
  • 2 cups green beans, 1 inch angle cut
  • 1 bag (12 oz) broccoli florets
  • 1/2 medium red bell pepper
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  1. Preheat pan over medium-high heat. Melt the butter.

  2. Toss in onions and garlic. Saute for a minute.

  3. Add the pork. Cook for 20 minutes or until the liquid evaporates. Make sure to not dry it out.

  4. Add the green beans. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.

  5. Remove cover. Add broccoli, red bell pepper, and teriyaki sauce. Mix very well. Cover and cook for another 5 minutes.

  6. Uncover. Stir and remove from the heat. Serve warm or hot over rice or noodles.
