3 ingredient ice cream

3-Ingredient Ice Cream Recipe

How cool is it when you can make your own ice cream without an ice cream machine? All you need is a hand mixer or a stand mixer. You can even use a whisk if you don’t have these mixers. It can be tiring but it’s possible.

If you’re looking for an inexpensive and easy dessert to make, here it is. This is probably the easiest ice cream recipe out there. You can make gallons of this without breaking your wallet. So, why buy when you can make it in your own kitchen!

The main ingredients of this ice cream are heavy whipping cream and condensed milk, but you can also customize or add other toppings; like fruits, syrups, and other extract sweeteners. Add as much as you want, like the one in the bowl with sprinkles. I added a chocolate syrup in that one that’s why the ice cream has a light mocha color.

Make sure to combine the cream and condensed milk thoroughly because if you don’t combine them very well, the taste of the condensed milk will overpower everything. If the regular condensed milk is too sweet for you, use the fat-free, instead.
