Instructions
Preheat a pan: Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the butter and let it melt completely.
Start with aromatics: Add the sliced onions and crushed garlic to the pan. Sauté for about a minute until the onions begin to soften and the garlic is fragrant.
Cook the pork: Add the pork strips to the pan. Stir occasionally and cook for about 20 minutes, or until most of the liquid evaporates. Keep an eye on it to avoid drying out the meat.
Add green beans: Once the pork is cooked through, toss in the green beans. Cover the pan with a lid and let them cook for about 5 minutes. This gives the beans a tender-crisp texture.
Add broccoli, bell pepper, and sauce: Remove the lid. Add the broccoli florets, red bell pepper slices, and pour in the teriyaki sauce. Stir well to coat everything evenly. Cover again and cook for another 5 minutes, letting the vegetables absorb the sauce and soften slightly.
Finish and serve: Uncover the pan, give everything a final stir to make sure the sauce is well distributed, then remove from heat. Serve hot over steamed rice or cooked noodles.
