In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients (except the butter) until the sugar is melted.
Cover and set aside.
Preheat pan over medium-high heat.
Melt the butter.
Then sear the chicken on each side.
After searing, pan-fry until half-cooked.
Then, pour in the sauce mix. Cover and bring to a boil.
Flip over once in a while.
Cover and continue boiling until the chickens are thoroughly cooked.
Serve with rice. Enjoy!
