Roasted Air Fryer Broccoli Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 large broccoli head, cut into uniform florets
  • salt, to taste
  • ground black pepper, to taste
  • garlic powder, to taste
  • onion powder, to taste
  • sprinkle paprika
  • grated Parmesan cheese, to taste
  • olive oil, as needed

Instructions

  • Prepare Broccoli: Rinse the broccoli under cold running water and pat dry thoroughly with a clean kitchen towel or paper towel.
  • Slice Evenly: Cut the broccoli into uniform florets to ensure even cooking.
  • Season: In a large mixing bowl, add the broccoli florets. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss well using a spatula and make sure all pieces are evenly coated. Add more seasonings if needed.
  • Preheat Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and preheat for 5 minutes.
  • Air Fry: Place the seasoned broccoli in the air fryer basket, spreading them out in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding.
  • Cook: Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes, Shake the basket halfway through cooking time for even cooking.
  • Serve: Once crispy and lightly golden, transfer the broccoli to a serving plate. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
