Pork Humba Buto-buto Recipe (Pork Braised Bone-in)

Instructions
Preheat the pan over medium-high heat.
Sear the pork chunks on each side.
Then remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add the vegetable oil.
Saute the onion for 3 minutes.
Then, add the garlic and saute for 2 minutes.
Return the meat to the pan. Continue mixing or flipping over for about 10 minutes.
Then, add the soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, black peppercorn, bay leaves, Sprite, and black beans. Mix thoroughly and cover.
Cook on medium heat (turning over once in a while) for 40 minutes to an hour, or until the meat is completely cooked.
Remove from heat when done. Serve over warm rice.
