Ingredients
1packageinstant noodles (with included seasoning)
3-4cupswater
1pieceChinese eggplant (long eggplant), sliced
1largetomato, sliced
5-8piecesokras
Instructions
In a medium-sized pot, bring the water to a boil.
Add the sliced eggplant, tomato, and okra. Cover the pot and bring it back to a boil.
Once boiling, remove the lid and add the instant noodles along with the included seasoning. Make sure the noodles are fully submerged so they cook evenly.
Let the noodles cook for about 3 minutes. Stir to break apart the noodles.
