Easy Gyudon Recipe
Here is a quick, easy and budget-friendly Gyudon recipe.

shaved beef, or thinly sliced beef
TOPPINGS

soft boiled egg, topping

scallions, optional

Instructions
Preheat the pan over medium-high heat.
Melt the butter.
Saute the onions for 3-5 minutes or until translucent white.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Mix all together, and cover.
Stir occasionally until the beef is completely cooked.
Serve over white rice and add the toppings.
