Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup powdered milk
  • 1/2 cup cookies & cream, crushed
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 drops vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Toast flour over low heat. Keep stirring until the flour turns light brown. 
  • Add the powdered milk. Mix very well. Then, add the sugar and mix thoroughly.
  • Add two drops of vanilla extract and combine well. 
  • Add the cookies and cream. Stir and combine well.
  • Remove from heat. Let it cool down a little before molding. Wrap each of them with colorful translucent cellophane if available.

Notes

Toasting the polvoron requires continuous stirring to prevent the mixture from burning.
