Chicken Tenders Soup
Easy to make chicken tenders soup recipe

Ingredients

green bell pepper, chopped

tomatoes, chopped

chicken tenders, chopped or sliced
2
cups
chicken broth
1/2
tsp
ginger, chopped
ground black pepper, to taste
salt, to taste
Instructions
Preheat the pan over medium-high heat.
Melt the butter.
Add the onions. Saute for 5 minutes or until half soft.
Then, add the garlic and saute for 3 minutes.
Add the green bell pepper and tomatoes. Saute for 2-3 minutes.
Add the chicken tenders. Stir until the chicken turns white.
Then add the chicken broth. Mix thoroughly.
Then add the ginger. Mix and cover.
Cook for 20 minutes. Uncover and mix again. Taste. Add salt and ground black pepper if necessary.
Serve warm. Enjoy!
