Chicken Tenders Soup

Easy to make chicken tenders soup recipe

Ingredients

  • 3-4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 pc. chopped onion, red or yellow
  • 2 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 pc. green bell pepper, chopped
  • 3 pcs. tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 lb. chicken tenders, chopped or sliced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp ginger, chopped
  • ground black pepper, to taste
  • salt, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the pan over medium-high heat.
  • Melt the butter.
  • Add the onions. Saute for 5 minutes or until half soft.
  • Then, add the garlic and saute for 3 minutes.
  • Add the green bell pepper and tomatoes. Saute for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the chicken tenders. Stir until the chicken turns white.
  • Then add the chicken broth. Mix thoroughly.
  • Then add the ginger. Mix and cover.
  • Cook for 20 minutes. Uncover and mix again. Taste. Add salt and ground black pepper if necessary.
  • Serve warm. Enjoy!
