Buttered Mussel Meat in Cream of Mushroom Recipe

cream of mushroom, any flavor
salt, to taste
ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Melt half of the butter in a medium heat.
Add the mussel meat and lightly brown each side. Then transfer the mussels into a bowl.
In the same pan or skillet, melt the remaining half-stick butter.
Add the potatoes, green bell peppers, onions, garlic, and soy sauce. Stir very well and cover.
Cook for about 7-10 minutes or until the potatoes are almost done.
Remove the cover, stir, and add the cream of mushroom.
Sprinkle some salt and ground black pepper.
Put the mussels back in the pan. Stir very well.
Cover and cook for an additional 3 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
Serve warm and enjoy!
