Bacon, Hash browns and Sunny Side Up Eggs Breakfast
Easy protein loaded breakfast that will make you last throughout the day.
bacon, eggs, hash browns
salt & pepper to taste
Bacon: Cook the bacon in a medium heat using a large frying pan. Turn them over when both sides are brown.
Hash browns: Cook the shredded hash browns in the bacon grease. Sprinkle a little bit of salt and pepper. When the bottom part is golden brown, flip them over to brown the other side. Take it off from the heat when it's crispy.
Eggs: Prepare a small frying pan on the stove with medium heat. Melt the butter and crack the eggs carefully so the yolks don't break. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. When you see the egg whites harden, it should be done. But, if you want half cooked yolks, you can remove it from heat early.
Serve with coffee or your favorite hot morning drink.
