  • 1 can, 14 oz. condensed milk
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp. crushed peanuts (optional)
  1. Pour the egg yolks in a medium or large bowl. Then, add the condensed milk and peanuts into the bowl. Mix altogether.

  2. Melt the butter in a medium heat saucepan.

  3. Pour the mixture and stir constantly. 

  4. Keep stirring until the mixture have already thickened.

  5. Turn off oven and wait for the yema to cool down.

  6. Use a spoon to scoop a desired amount then use both hands to form them into balls. 

  7. Place on a flat dish and insert a toothpick on top of each. Serve.
