Easy and delicious mango gelatin jelly dessert recipe.

Ingredients
  • 4 packets (1 box) unflavored gelatin
  • 1 cup mango puree
  • 1 large fresh mango, diced
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 1/2 cups cold water (divided 2 and 1 1/2 cups)
Instructions
  1. Place 2 cups of water in a measuring cup or bowl. Sprinkle gelatin and mix until fully dissolved. Set aside.

  2. Preheat a medium pot over medium-high heat. 

  3. Pour in remaining water, milk, and sugar. Stir with a whisk or wooden ladle until the sugar is fully dissolved. Then, continue stirring until it boils.

  4. Reduce heat to medium.

  5. Pour in the mango puree. Stir until lump-free.

  6. Add the gelatin mixture. Gently stir for a minute.

  7. Remove from heat and cool down for 5 minutes.

  8. Transfer into molds or dessert glass. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until firm.

  9. Garnish with fresh mangoes, whipped cream, or your favorite topping.
