In a large mixing bowl, combine and mix all the spices together, except the butter. Then put the pork chops in the same bowl and rub the mixture on all of them. Put a lid or plastic wrap over the bowl and marinate for 30 minutes.
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
Arrange the pork chops and sear for 10-15 minutes on each side.
Add the mushrooms on top. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
Remove the cover and put the spinach on top. Cover and cook for 3-5 minutes. It should be done.
Serve with potato, rice, or other vegetables.
