Mango Tropical Dessert

This mango is not a Philippine mango, but rather from Mexico. This is Ataulfo and is sweet too, but nothing beats the sweetness of the Philippine mangoes especially the mangoes that grow in Zambales, Philippines.

I bought a bunch of mangoes the last time I went to the supermarket, but I did not get a chance to make the dessert that I was supposed to make. So, the mangoes are starting to smell overripe and I just can’t let another day pass without eating them. I already threw two large pieces away this week because they were already rotten. And, I don’t want this last one to be wasted.

And, before the rest of the fruit gets bad, I better make them. I’m glad we had a box of graham crackers, but I did not need it all. I only crushed two pieces. It’s looking yummy, right? And, of course, it is healthy and delicious. 🙂
