Ground Beef Extravaganza Recipe
Looking for an easy recipe for ground beef? Have you tried this? It’s fast and easy, budget-friendly and tastes good. My husband calls this the ground beef extravaganza. I call it “ground beef mushroom corn recipe”. I made up this recipe a long time ago and I don’t know what to call it. But, credits to my husband for giving a name to this dish. He actually likes it. Though, you may call it whatever you wish. It is my go-to recipe for when my husband gets home from work late. It’s not spicy, yet it contains spices that make the mouth water with joy and satisfaction. It’s hardy and filling, perfect for the end of a hard days work.
Just a reminder… You can leave out the other ingredients if you wish to, but don’t omit the cornstarch in this recipe. It is an essential ingredient because it thickens the sauce. If you don’t include the cornstarch, it will just be watery. Use a deep pan or skillet for best results.
Eat this as is, serve over rice, potato or pair with any of your favorite vegetables. Enjoy!
